Incorporating into regional integration, Pinghu has achieved a new leap in investment promotion. Throughout this year, we have designated the "First Special Action" as one of the "Six Major Special Actions" for the year. We have continually improved our mechanism for attracting projects from the Yangtze River Delta. In the first three quarters, we successfully attracted 63 domestic projects and 26 foreign projects from the Yangtze River Delta, accounting for 64.9% and 70.2%, respectively, of the total proportion of domestic and foreign investment attraction in the city.

The Yangtze River Delta region is one of the most vibrant areas in China's economic development. Integration into the Yangtze River Delta means that we can access firsthand information, data, and projects. The implementation of the "First Special Action" in Pinghu signifies our commitment to the Yangtze River Delta and also our aspiration to engage with the world at large. The Yangtze River Delta region has always been favored by high-quality foreign investment. It is often the preferred location for Fortune 500 companies, headquarters-based economies, and projects with total investments exceeding a billion dollars. High-quality foreign investment is a significant feature of Pinghu's investment promotion. In the first three quarters of this year, more than seventy percent of our foreign investment projects came from the Yangtze River Delta region, which is a testament to Pinghu's strategy of "rooted locally, while connecting globally."
