Responsible for the daily operations of the municipal government, assisting the mayor with finance and auditing.

Oversees the Office of the Municipal Government, government affairs transparency, development and reform, tertiary industry services, energy management, marine economy development, national defense mobilization, civil defense, judicial affairs, state-owned assets supervision, emergency management, statistics, government services and data resource management, smart city construction, Jiulongshan Resort Area, handling of proposals and suggestions, people's armed forces, taxation, and Pinghu Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Deputy Mayor: Zhang Bin

Responsible for civil affairs, water resources, agriculture and rural affairs, ecological environment protection, grain and material reserves, disability affairs, supply and marketing, water services, water diversion projects, meteorology, charity, and Pinghu Agricultural Economic Development Zone.

Deputy Mayor: Song Yiling

Responsible for education, culture, sports, tourism, health, veterans' affairs, medical insurance, administrative affairs, media, calligraphy and painting academy, care for the next generation, coordination of proposals and suggestions, and people's livelihood projects.

         Vice Mayor: Chen Wei
         Currently serving in a temporary post in Qingtian County, Lishui City.

Deputy Mayor: Zhou Qicheng

Heads the Public Security Bureau, responsible for national security and related matters.

Deputy Mayor: Zhu Guoqiang

Responsible for human resources and social security, Yangtze River Delta integration, east-west cooperation, counterpart support, mountain-sea cooperation, anti-smuggling, and coastal defense.

Assists in investment promotion work.

Deputy Mayor: Jin Yi

Responsible for economic and information technology, digital economy development, science and technology, commerce, market supervision, foreign affairs, finance, enterprise listing, tobacco monopoly, communications, Zhangjiang Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology City Pinghu Park, and Dushan Port Economic Development Zone.

Deputy Mayor: Chen Zhichao

Responsible for natural resources and planning, marine affairs, forestry, housing and urban-rural development, transportation, maritime affairs, comprehensive administrative law enforcement, urban management, housing provident fund management, urban development and expropriation, and postal services.
