F Visa
I. Qualification:
A foreigner who comes to Pinghu for visit, investigation, business, technical support, scientific or technical and cultural exchanges
II. Materials to be submitted
Completed Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form
One recent 2" half-length, full-face and bareheaded photo
Application provided by the host organization
Applicant`s valid passport and visa; photocopies of picture page, present visa page and last entry stamp page of the passport
Registration certificate of temporary residence certificate in Pinghu (not required if the applicant stays in guesthouse or hotel)
Business license, enterprise approval certificate and organization code certificate of the host organization in Pinghu

L Visa
I. Qualification:
A foreigner who comes to Pinghu for visiting relatives or friends, or for other personal purposes
II. Materials to be submitted
Completed Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form
Application provided by the host organization (or by the applicant if there is no host organization)
Original passport and photocopies of its picture page, present visa page and last entry stamp page
One recent 2" bareheaded color photo
Foreigner temporary residence registration certificate (not required if the applicant stays in guesthouse or hotel)
Originals and photocopies of passport and residence permit or foreigner permanent residence permit of the resident foreigner if the applicant visits a resident foreigner in China.
Originals and photocopies of ID card and household register of the Mainland citizen if the applicant visits a Mainland citizen; kinship certificate if the applicant visits his relative.

Residence Permit
I. Qualification:
A foreigner who comes to Pinghu for work or employment and his/her spouse, children and parents
II. Materials to be submitted
Completed Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form
One recent 2" full-face, bareheaded photo
Application provided by the host organization
Applicant`s valid passport and visa; photocopies of picture page, present visa page and last entry stamp page of the passport
Registration certificate of temporary residence certificate in Pinghu (not required if the applicant stays in guesthouse or hotel)
Health certificate for application of residence permit for the first time (not required for applicant under the age of 18)
Original and photocopy of Foreigner Work Permit or Foreign Expert Certificate
Photocopies of business license (duplicate), enterprise approval certificate and organization code certificate of the host organization in Pinghu(or photocopies of representative office registration certificate and organization code certificate of foreign representative office)
Applicant`s family numbers shall submit their valid passports and visas, kindred certificate and other materials required.
Application for the residence permit for the first time shall be made by the applicant personally. Re-application can be made by the applicant`s organization or family members.

Foreign Child Fosterage (L Visa)
I. Qualification:
The overseas Chinese or person of Chinese origin who fosters the foreign children under the age of 16 in China.
II. Materials to be submitted
Completed Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form
Application provided by the child`s parents or foster
The child`s original passport and photocopies of its picture page, present visa page and last entry stamp page.
One recent 2" bareheaded color photo
Foreigner temporary residence registration certificate
Original and photocopy of power of attorney provided by the child`s parents
Photocopies of the child`s birth certificate and passport(s) of the child`s parent(s) (if the child`s parent(s) is Chinese, certificate of permanent residence abroad should also be provided)
Originals and photocopies of ID card and resident certification of the foster
Notarized child fosterage guarantee provided by the foster
