Pinghu Economic and Technology Development Zone Xincang sub-zone is the first Japanese industries cluster area in Zhejiang Province, planned area is 4.1 square kilometers. The first Fortune 500 company in Pinghu City- Towa Auto Parts Co.,Ltd invested by Toyota Tsusho has settled in this zone, its airbag production accounts for more than 30% of the global Japanese car brands. Xincang Town holds many national industrial honors such as “National Top Ten Towns for Exports”,“China Baby Carriage Manufacturing Base”,”China Electric Baby Carriage City”etc.. Xincang Town Intelligent Equipment Two Innovation Centers, phase I covers an area of 33 acres, building area 47,000 square meters, include 5 standard factory buildings and 1 comprehensive building, which is invested and operated by professional industrial property developer. The industrial orientation is mainly on wisdom packing and intelligent equipment.
Pinghu “Jiaxing Innovation Wisdom Valley”Industrial Park, jointly operated with Shanghai Fudan High-tech Zone, covers an area of 103 acres, total building area 142,000 square meters, which will be officially opened in January 2020 and has accepted customer customization or invitation.
